Distance Running Coaching
Whether you are beginning training for a 5K or your first marathon, you want to make sure every part of your training is complete. Our certified running coach, Dena Powell, will:
- Help you set and achieve attainable performance goals
- Provide and individualized training plan based on your specific training goals, needs, experience and ability
- Help you optimize your training and performance by systematically building on successful runs
- Support, encourage, motivate and fuel your passion for distance running
Various individual coaching sessions are available:
- Gait analysis
- Speed work sessions
- Run with Coach
- Run Consultation
- Run Specific Strength Training
30 minutes: $35 60 minutes: $70
Peak Performance Running Coaching Package: $560 (4 monthly payments of $140)
- Pre-season evaluation and performance goal setting
- Customized training plan to target race, including revisions
- Gait analysis: 2 sessions, initial assessment with corrections and one follow-up (30 minutes each)
- Speed work: 4 sessions (60 minutes each)
- Run specific strengthening instruction: 1 session (30 minutes)
- Race specific nutrition information
- Unlimited Q&A email/phone/text
- Any additional sessions with coach, as requested by the athlete, will be charged at the per-session rate of $35/half-hour
- Ongoing monthly coaching following the completion of training package is available at $140 per month
